What began as a personal favour to one community's residents became, over time, a professionally managed program designed to preserve those rituals at scale, without diluting the quiet care that made them worth preserving in the first place.

Mohashie is the quiet authority behind our chair-side craft. A career cosmetologist of twenty-seven years, he shapes The Gentleman's Standard™ from the technical side — hot-lather protocol, tool discipline, hand-linen ritual — and mentors every program lead through his personal apprenticeship. He has never rushed a service, and he never will.

A licensed master barber with eleven years at the chair, Kelvin founded The Prestigious Cut® after quietly bringing his practice into the communities where his long-standing clients had moved. He oversees program design, The Gentleman's Standard™, and program-lead training personally.
